TEMPEH SAUSAGE OR PATTIES
Ingredients
500 g tempeh, grated
3 tbsp vegetable oil with a small amount of sesame oil
1 tsp sage
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp white flour

Instructions
- Mix 2 tbsp oil with all other ingredients. Use balance of oil to brush onto unbaked tempeh patties
- Make 1 inch balls, place on oiled baking sheet and flatten balls ( use spatula or fork) to ½ inch thickness
- Brush with remaining oil, then bake in 400 degree F for 5 minutes or until golden brown on bottom side, flip over patties and bake for another 5 minutes.
SWEET MARINATED TEMPEH
Ingredients
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp Coriander powder
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tsp of Vinegar or Lemon Juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups of water

Instructions
- Mix everything in a blender
- Boil the blended spices with 2 cups of water
- Add sliced tempeh and simmer for 30 minutes
- Pan fry or grill the tempeh
FRIED TEMPEH
Ingredients
2 cloves of Garlic
Salt as desired and water to marinate the tempeh slices

Instructions
- Mix crushed garlic, salt and water.
- Marinate the tempeh slices for about 10 minutes
- Deep fry or pan fry until crispy and golden brown.
